Which passage does it say in the Bible thou shalt not lay down with a man as he does with a woman or something to that effect? I have read it before but can not remember where it is at and I would greatly appreciate it if you could possibly help me.

All the references that you are looking for are in Leviticus 18.
On homosexual behavior see verse 22.
The whole chapter pretty well covers most of what the world is into now.Other verses that show the decline into the depravity of homosexuality is Romans 1:22-32.
Note also that they receive in themselves the due reward (or the just recompense) of their behavior which is fitting. Some believe this refers to Aids. I don't know, but that could be the fitting consequence of sodomy.Hope this helps.
